FDIC Insurance

Each depositor’s funds are insured to $100,000 by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at Farmers National Bank.

FDIC is an independent agency the United States Government created by Act of Congress in 1933 to give depositors in insured banks protection against loss within specified legal limits.

Insurance premiums are not charged to depositors, but are paid to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation each year by insured banks.
